HARTFORD POLICE SEEKING TO IDENTIFY ELDERLY WOMAN.

(Hartford) - At approximately 12 noon today Hartford Police located an elderly Hispanic woman wandering on Zion Street alone and disoriented.  Police are looking to confirm the woman's identity. 

The woman, who only speaks Spanish, was wearing pajamas, is described as a Hispanic female, 4'8", 85 lbs, in her late eighties.  She is currently at Hartford Hospital where a medical evaluation is being performed.
