HARTFORD POLICE RECOVER MISSING INFANT.

 

(Hartford) - At approximately 11:30 p.m. on July 1, 2004 Kody Lott-Parracino (the missing one month old baby from the Connecticut Children's Medical Center) was recovered unharmed by members of the Hartford Police Department's Juvenile Investigative Division. The baby was received from the father, Paul Lott, who cooperated fully with the investigation. Although, the mother of the baby, Leah Parracino has not been located. Kody Lott-Parracino was evaluated and admitted to CCMC. He appeared healthy upon arrival.  

The Department of Children and Families responded after being notified by Detective Laura J. Buyak who headed the investigation along with Sergeant James A. Bernier. This was an all out effort by the entire Juvenile Investigative Division. The main focus in this case was the safe return of the baby, which Detectives worked around the clock to ensure. Leads were followed up on, as far as Providence, Rhode Island. This investigation will continue.
