HPD CHIEF PATRICK J. HARNETT PROMOTES TWO HPD VETERANS DEPUTY CHIEF.

(Hartford) - Chief Patrick J. Harnett promoted two Hartford Police veterans to the rank of Deputy Chief.  In a mid-day ceremony attended by Mayor Eddie Perez, senior HPD Command staff, members of the department and family and friends, Chief Harnett promoted Captain Michael J. Fallon, current HPD Central District Commander, and Lieutenant Daryl K. Roberts, Commander of the HPD's Juvenile Investigative Division to the rank of Deputy Chief.
