HPD Juvenile Investigative Division and Hartford Fugitive Task Force Make Arrest in Sexual Assault Case.

 On June 7, 2004, the Hartford Police Department's Juvenile Investigative Division along with the Fugitive Task Force made the arrest of Andre Rodriquez, age 25 of Hartford charging him with Sexual assault in the Second Degree and Risk of Injury to a Minor.  

In a warrant submitted by Detective Robert Davis Jr. of the Juvenile Investigative Division, Rodriquez is accused of having a sexual relationship with a fifteen year old female. During this time, Rodriquez is alleged to have picked up the victim in his vehicle at her school, (Quirk Middle School) in the City's North End. 

Rodriquez is being held on a judge set bond of $100,000.00 and is scheduled to be arraigned today in Hartford Superior Court.
