NEWS RELEASE HARTFORD POLICE OBTAIN SURVEILLANCE PHOTOS OF SUSPECT WANTED FOR ATM ROBBERY.
On May 12, 2005, a male victim was robbed in his vehicle as he was withdrawing money from the drive-up ATM at Webster Bank located at 479 Blue Hills Avenue, Hartford. The surveillance photos captured the robbery suspect standing to the side of the victim holding a black handgun to his head. The suspect, described as have a black male with a red-boned complexion and reddish hair, is seen wearing a distinctive red hooded sweatshirt or coat with grey or white sleeves, possibly with a "Converse All-Star" logo on the sleeve. In one photo, the back of the sweatshirt is also grey and has the number 8 on the back.
