MEDIA COVERAGE ARRANGEMENTS FOR
FUNERAL OF
HARTFORD POLICE SERGEANT MATTHEW D. ARACE.

(Hartford) - Please be advised that WFSB, Channel 3, will provide "pool" coverage of the funeral mass  for Hartford Police Sergeant Matthew D. Arace at the Holy Trinity Church, 53 Capitol Avenue, Hartford.

Also, a media staging area will be located on Whitman Court for your vehicles. 

No media will be allowed inside the D'esopo Funeral Chapel for tonight wake, and the only television camera inside the Church will be the pool feed camera.

Below are directions from WFSB to facilitate your access to the satellite feed.

WFSB WILL PROVIDE ONE CAMERA INSIDE.  THE SHOT WILL BE HEAD-ON FROM THE CHOIR LOFT.
THERE ARE TWO WAYS TO RECEIVE WFSB’S POOL FEED. 

1 - THE FEED WILL BE DISTRIBUTED VIA SATELLITE ON AMC 5 5 JACK. – CBS/NEWSPATH COORDINATES.
DOWNLINK – 118876 Vertical.   9:45A – 12:30P. 

2 – A VIDEO/AUDIO DISTRIBUTION BOX WILL BE AT WFSB’S TRUCK OUTSIDE THE CHURCH.   A RECORD
DECK MUST BE BROUGHT TO THE TRUCK TO RECORD THE SERVICE AS ITS FED LIVE.  

ALL FEEDS WILL BE LIVE.  THERE WILL BE  NO TAPE RE-FEEDS.
