(Hartford) - On Sunday, September 24, at approximately 1:30 a.m.,  Hartford Police responded to a report of a party shot at 3340 Main Street, Hartford.  Upon arrival Officers located the victim, Shaun Dudley, DOB 04/19/1987, of 109 Bonner Street, Hartford, bleeding from the right chest area.  Officers provided first aid to the victim who was then transported to Hartford Hospital where he was pronounced dead at approximately 2:30 a.m.
