Hartford Police Release Photos of Sovereign Bank Suspect.

(Hartford) - Detectives of the Hartford Police Department's Major Crimes Division have recovered surveillance pictures of a suspect wanted in connection with the November 7th, 2006, robbery of the Sovereign Bank at 568 Franklin Avenue in Hartford.

The suspect, described as a white male, 160-180 lbs, wearing a beige jacket, a New Britain Rock Cats baseball cap, and a blue Henley collared shirt, as shown in the pictures below, entered the bank at approximately 2:50 p.m., handed the bank teller a note demanding money, and implied he had a gun.  The teller complied with his demands after which he fled the bank with an unspecified amount of cash.
