Hartford Release Photo of Bank Robbery Suspect.

(Hartford) - On December 6, 2006 at approximately 1:00 p.m. the Sovereign Bank located at 568 Franklin Avenue in Hartford was robbed by means of a threatening note.  The male suspect, described as a six foot tall thin white male, was wearing a cosmetic facial bronzer,  black hooded sweatshirt and baggy blue jeans.  The suspect fled in a white old model foreign motor vehicle with dark tinted windows traveling east towards Wethersfield Avenue.

The Hartford Police Department's Major Crimes Division is conducting the ongoing investigation and asks anyone with information about the incident or the suspect in the photo below to contact Major Crimes Supervising Sergeant Rob Davis at (860) 527-7300, extension 5264, or call the HPD's confidential tip hotline, (860) 527-TIPS (8477).
