SWEARING IN OF NEW POLICE CHIEF.

(Hartford) - HPD Assistant Chief Daryl K. Roberts will be sworn in as Hartford's twenty-first Police Chief on Wednesday, July 12, 2006, at 7:00 p.m., in the Atrium of Hartford City Hall, 550 Main Street, Hartford.
