FACTORY; SEIZE SEVEN GUNS AND
Arrested and charged with operating a drug factory, stealing a firearm, altering an ID on a pistol, criminal possession of a firearm, possession of narcotics, possession of narcotics with intent to sell (PWITS), and PWITS within 1,500 feet of a school was Antonio Ramos, DOB 7/15/1981, of 10 Sanford Street, Hartford. Ramos remains in custody on $1million bond pending arraignment in Hartford Superior Court. Also arrested were Charlene Marie Rodriguez, DOB 4/02/1986, and Joanna Moncada, DOB 3/08/1969, both of 10 Sanford Street and charged with operating a drug factory, possession of narcotics, PWITS, and PWITS within 1,500 feet of a school. Rodriguez remains in custody on $250,000 pending arraignment in Hartford Superior Court. Moncada, who was also charged with destruction of evidence, remains in custody on $350,000 bond pending arraignment in Hartford Superior Court.
