HARTFORD POLICE CHIEF DARYL K. ROBERTS TO PROMOTE THIRTEEN AT AFTERNOON CEREMONY

(Hartford) - Hartford Police Chief Daryl K. Roberts will host a promotion ceremony today, Friday, February 22, 2008, beginning at 2:30 p.m., at the Hartford Hilton Hotel on Trumbull Street in Hartford.  Hartford Mayor Eddie A. Perez will attend and speak at the event.
