HPD TRAFFIC ALERT:  Road Closures

(Hartford) - Due to a water main break, Talcott Street, Eastbound from Main Street, and Market Street, between Kinsley and Morgan Streets, will be closed until further notice. 

Motorists should avoid the area and expect traffic delays in the downtown area due to the road closures until further notice.
