HARTFORD POLICE RELEASE VIDEO OF
GAS STATION/CONVENIENCE STORE ROBBERY;
ASK FOR PUBLIC'S HELP IN IDENTIFYING SUSPECTS

(Hartford) - Detectives of the Hartford Police Department's Major Crimes Division have secured a video of an April 2nd, 2008, robbery of the Gulf Station Convenience Store at 1127 Capitol Avenue, Hartford.

At approximately 10:00 p.m. on April 2nd, three suspects entered the store, held the clerk at gunpoint as they robbed the store of indeterminate amount of money.  The three suspects, clearly viewed in the video, are described as:  1) a Black male, 20-25, 5'11", 165 lbs, with "dred-locks", medium complexion, wearing black clothing and armed with a silver semi-auto pistol; 2) a Black male, 20-25, 6', medium complexion, wearing black clothing; and 3) an unknown race male wearing black clothing and a black mask over his face.

No injuries were reported as a result of the robbery.
