THREE YEAR OLD INJURED BY KNIFE;
HARTFORD POLICE INVESTIGATE.

(Hartford) - Detectives of the Hartford Police Department's Major Crimes, Juvenile Investigative and Crime Scene Divisions are investigating an incident involving a knife injury to a three year old female that occurred at 22 Brown Street, Hartford at approximately 11:30 p.m. on Wednesday, May  28, 2008.

At approximately 1:45 a.m., on Thursday, May 29th, Hartford police responded to a report from the Connecticut Children's Medical Center that they had a three year old female critically injured by a knife.  It was reported that the victim arrived by private vehicle and was rushed into surgery.  The child remains in critical condition.
