Rivera, registered on the State of Connecticut Registry, is wanted by Hartford Police on five (5) counts of sexual assault in the first degree, two (2) counts of sexual assault second degree, two (2) counts sexual assault fourth degree and two (2) counts of risk of injury to a minor. Rivera, described as an Hispanic male, 5'7", 215 lbs, with brown hair and hazel eyes, was last known to stay with his mother at 212 Laurel Street, Hartford, but is believed by police to have fled the area. Rivera, currently on probation relating to a previous sexual assault conviction, has family ties in Pennsylvania, California and Puerto Rico. In an unrelated case in 2003 Rivera was sentenced and serve five years in prison for sexual assault 2nd degree, risk of injury to a minor, and criminal possession of a firearm.
