Hartford Police Mounted Patrol Unit Training

(Hartford) -  The media is invited to visit the Hartford Police Mounted Patrol Unit as they train with the First Company Governor's Horse Guard at the Horse Guard facility in Avon, Connecticut, on Wednesday, August 20, 2008, at 10:30 a.m.  Click here for directions.

The HPD Mounted Patrol Unit has been training with the First Company Governor's Horse Guard,  under the supervision of Lieutenant Colonel (Ret.) Richard Belliveau, since June and is scheduled to be operational this September.
