Hartford - Detectives of the Hartford Police Department's Major Crimes Division are seeking the public's assistance in locating a suspect who attempted to rob the Citizen Bank at 190 Trumbull Street in Hartford yesterday.

On Wednesday, July 29, 2009, at approximately 11:30 a.m. the suspect, depicted in the video and photos below, entered the bank and gave a note to the teller demanding money.  No weapon was displayed or implied by the suspect during the incident and he fled the bank before receiving any money.
