Hartford Police Seeking Public Assistance in Locating Missing Teenager

Hartford - Detectives of the Hartford Police Department's Juvenile Investigative Division are asking for the public's help in locating a missing teenager who may be suicidal.   Valentina Rodriguez, AKA "Valley", 14 years of age, has been missing since July 29th, at approximately 6 p.m.  when she ran away threatening suicide. 

Described as an Hispanic female, 5'1", 110 lbs, with dark brown hair and eyes, she was last seen wearing a blue hooded sweatshirt, striped/multicolored pajama pants and grey and white Jordan (Nike) sneakers.  She may have changed into blue jeans since she ran away.  Rodriguez is known to frequent the Campfield Avenue/South Green and Park Street/Squire Street areas of the city. 

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Valentina Rodriguez is asked to contact Hartford Police Department Major Crimes Division Detective Edward Foster at 860-757-4342, or call Hartford Crime Stoppers.
