In addition to providing citizens a specific protocol to file complaints against HPD employees, we encourage the filing of compliments to recognize specific instances when HPD employees have contributed to the public good.>
Complimentary letters are:
Reviewed by the employee's first-line supervisor
Forwarded to the employee
Placed in the employee's personal file and forwarded for possible inclusion in the Department's internal newsletter.
