Subject: Heroin off the street

Dear Chief,

Please extend my thanks to all involved who removed so much heroin off the streets!

We are losing way too many young people to this illness.

I never appreciated how insidious this drug was until my good friend lost her son. Someone who could have had any treatment possible, he still lost his battle.

Yesterday I was informed that another acquaintance lost his son. When will it stop?

Thanks again, keep up the good work and stay safe!

Regards,

Chip Adams
