Thursday: Mayor Segarra Kicks Off Community Renewal Team Head Start Parade; Speaks at Sister Cities International Day; Attends Maple Avenue Revitalization Group Meeting

(May 7, 2014) Tomorrow morning, Hartford Mayor Pedro Segarra will kick-off of the 6th Annual Community Renewal Team (CRT) Head Start Parade in Bushnell Park. More than 1,300 three-to-five-year-old children, along with their parents, grandparents and siblings will celebrate a successful year and transition to kindergarten.
At 5:30pm, Mayor Segarra will read a proclamation at the Sister Cities International Day reception in City Hall.
Shortly after, Mayor Segarra will attend the monthly meeting of the Maple Avenue Revitalization Group (MARG) in St. Augustine Church.
