HARTFORD, CONN. (March 13, 2018) – Mayor Luke Bronin announced that the snow parking ban is over, effective immediately.  The ban had been scheduled to end at 8 PM tonight.  Residents are encouraged to move their cars from Hartford Public Schools parking lots and Blue Light Lots as soon as possible.
