(July 30, 2012) --- Mayor Pedro E. Segarra and Tax Collector Marc S. Nelson today reminded all City taxpayers that Wednesday, August 1st, 2012 is the last day to pay real estate, personal property and motor vehicle taxes due for the first installment of the 2011 Grand List.
Additionally, notice was given that the Tax Collector's Office will offer extended hours on Wednesday from 8:15AM - 7:00PM for the convenience of taxpayers.
Payment may be made in-person at City Hall, Room 106. To avoid longer potential wait times, payments made by mail. Payments which bear a postmark of August 1st are considered timely.

Payment may also be made via credit or debit card online at www.hartford.gov/tax . On-line payment receipts must be time-stamped before midnight on August 1st to be considered on-time.
