The mission of Street Services Division is to maintain the City of Hartford rights-of-way by providing safe and passable conditions at all times.
Emergency Services

 Conditions warranting immediate repair so as not to pose a hazard to motorists are treated as emergencies.  Examples of this are sinkholes, larger potholes and street flooding.
