Free Household Hazardous Waste
Drop-Off Collection For Hartford Residents
Once again, residents can dispose of their household chemicals and dangerous products for free by bringing them to the specified MDC collection sites in the City, or to specified MDC collection sites in participating towns. Hartford will have two scheduled collection days this year for public drop off, one in the spring and one in the fall. The dates and locations for the collections are listed below:

The June 12th collection is designed for the neighborhoods and will accommodate both walkers and drivers. The October 23rd collection will accommodate drivers only.
