If you witness trash or other waste being brought in from another location and put at the curb for collection or waste/debris being dumped at isolated locations in the city, contact the Hartford Police Department at 527-6300 or the Public Works dispatcher at 311 or (860) 757-9311.  Report the license plate number, the make and model of the vehicle involved in the illegal dumping.
