From 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, 311 Call Center provides a streamlined, integrated and secure way to report, track, and resolve problems or issues resident may have with non-emergency city services and centralizes the process of collecting and sharing that data. You may contact 311 by dialing 311 or 860-757-9311. Please note that you cannot dial 311 directly on a cell phone!  Alternatively, you can submit a request 24 hours a day using the links below.
