ALICE SEAY JENKINS

Alice Seay Jenkins was born in Hartford, CT and attended local schools.  She graduated from the Hartford Institute of Accounting in 1966.  She has worked in the Office of the Registrars of Voters in Hartford for the past twenty-five years and was appointed Republican Assistant Registrar in 1984.  In 2008, with the election of Salvatore Bramante as Republican Registrar, she was appointed Republican Deputy Registrar.  Alice has been a member of several political organizations including the Registrars of Voters Association of Connecticut, the NAACP and served on the executive board of the Hartford Republican Town Committee for twenty years.  Alice would like to see greater outreach and voter education of young people in the City’s school system and in its neighborhoods.

Alice is the mother of three sons and the grandmother of two grandsons.
