Biography of Erica Bowen

Erica Bowen could be described as the dean of the Office of the Registrars of Voters since she is on her sixth Democratic Registrar.  Ms. Bowen arrived in the U.S. in 1983 from her native Jamaica.  She began her tenure with the City of Hartford as a temp at the Department of Parks & Recreation, the Enterprise Zone and the ROV in 1987 and was hired permanently in 1990.
